Deleting, moving, and copying pages in a folder

You can delete pages from the current folder and move or copy pages to a folder in the current room, to the Index of the current room, or to another room, if you have author privileges in that room.

If you have manager privileges in the current room, you can also move and copy pages to the table of contents in the current room or to the table of contents of any other room in which you have manager privileges.

Deleting Pages	You can delete pages you created only.	You can delete pages you created and pages created by other people.	QuickPlace removes the page from the folder and from the Index in the current room.
Moving Pages	You can move pages you created only.	You can move pages you created and pages created by other people.	QuickPlace removes the page from the folder, but continues to display the page in the Index.
Copying Pages	You can copy any page in the current folder, whether or not you created it.	You can copy any page in the current folder, whether or not you created it	When you copy a page in a folder to another destination, the page appears in the destination and in the Index.

To begin deleting, moving, or copying pages:

Check the boxes next to the titles of the pages you want to delete, move, or copy.
Click delete, move, or copy.

Note If you check one or more page titles and then click first, previous, next, or last to move another set of page titles into view, all the selections you made in the previous list of titles are lost. If the folder is a Response List folder and you are a QuickPlace manager, selecting a page to which responses are connected selects all the responses as well. If the folder is a Response List folder and you are a QuickPlace author, selecting a page to which responses are connected selects only that page, and not the responses. If you want to delete, move, or copy all the pages in the folder, check "Check here if you would like to select ALL the pages in this folder.
