Hiding and displaying page abstracts

If the folder is a Standard List, Response List, or Ordered List folder, you can hide or display an abstract for, or overview of, each page. If you create an abstract for a page, QuickPlace will display the first 30 words in the page below the title of the page in the list of pages.

  1. Enter the room that contains the folder.
  2. In the table of contents, click the title of the folder, and then click the word Folder.
  3. Under "Do you want to show the first 30 words of each page?" click Yes or No, then click Next.
