Hiding and displaying page abstracts
If the folder is a Standard List, Response List, or Ordered List folder, you can hide or display an abstract for, or overview of, each page. If you create an abstract for a page, QuickPlace will display the first 30 words in the page below the title of the page in the list of pages.
- Enter the room that contains the folder.
- In the table of contents, click the title of the folder, and then click the word Folder.
- Under "Do you want to show the first 30 words of each page?" click Yes or No, then click Next.
