Specifying responses in a folder
You can set up a Response List folder so that a member who creates a response in the Response List folder can create it using any of the existing form types in the place (for example, a task page form); or you can set up the folder so that members can create only a response that uses the standard QuickPlace page form.
- Enter the room that contains the Response List folder in which you want to change the response page type.
- In the table of contents, click the title of the folder, and then click the word Folder.
- Under "What forms should be made available to authors when they are responding to topics in this folder?" select All forms or Simple response form only.
- Click Next to begin publishing the change to the folder, then click Next again.
