Specifying responses in a folder

You can set up a Response List folder so that a member who creates a response in the Response List folder can create it using any of the existing form types in the place (for example, a task page form); or you can set up the folder so that members can create only a response that uses the standard QuickPlace page form.

  1. Enter the room that contains the Response List folder in which you want to change the response page type.
  2. In the table of contents, click the title of the folder, and then click the word Folder.
  3. Under "What forms should be made available to authors when they are responding to topics in this folder?" select All forms or Simple response form only.
  4. Click Next to begin publishing the change to the folder, then click Next again.
