Renaming a place and changing the logo

You can rename your place, as well as change its logo or create a new logo for it.

The logo for a place is an image or piece of text that identifies your business or project. The logo appears at the top of the table of contents, the area of the screen in which the page, folder, and room titles appear. If the place has inner rooms, the logo also appears at the top of the table of contents in each inner room.

When you first create a place, the text you enter to identify your place in the place Internet address appears in the position of the logo, at the top of the table of contents. For example, suppose you created a place for a business called Acme Realty, and the text you entered to identify the business in the Internet address was "acmerealty." The text "acmerealty" now appears at the top of the table of contents, in the position of the place logo.

You can replace the current logo with one of the following.

A piece of simple text.simpletext1If you want the place title to be Acme Realty, and not acmerealty, for example, you could specify the text Acme Realty for the new logo.
