Rearranging fields in a form

Rearrange the fields in a form when you want to group related fields together or change the sequence in which people enter information in a form.

For example, suppose your form includes these fields in this order:

First Name
Date
Last Name

You can switch the order of the Date and Last Name fields so that the list of fields appears as follows:

First Name
Last Name
Date

To begin rearranging existing fields, click the Reorder button under "Fields -- What fields would you like to include in this form?"
