Adding, modifying, and removing fields in a form

The fields you include in the form control the type of information a QuickPlace member can enter in the form and the order in which they enter the information.

To begin creating fields for the form, click the Add button under "Fields -- What fields would you like to include in this form?"

To begin modifying an existing field, click the field title in the box under "Fields -- What fields would you like to include in this form?" and then click the Modify button next to the box.

To begin removing existing fields, click the Remove button under "Fields -- What fields would you like to include in this form?"

Removing fields from a form

To remove one or more fields from a form:

1. Click the check box next to the name of each field you want to remove from the form. 2. Click Next.
