Since a digital certificate is required each time you log in, each computer you use to access Portal
requires your digital certificate to be installed in the web browser. In order to use the Portal from an
additional computer, you must request another certificate. If a certificate is lost or a computer damaged, individual certificates can be disabled or renewed. If each computer has its own certificate, this ensures your identity isn't lost on other machines where you have access.
